Here is the fully detailed walk

Kingston to Houns Tout Walk
How to get there: - Grid Reference; 954795. Turn right for Kingston just after Corfe
Castle. Follow the winding road up towards the top until you reach the Scott Arms on
your right. Turn right carefully at the 90 degree left hand bend and follow the road for
about ¼ mile and park in the Houns Tout car park on the left.

Walk details:-

There is a small exit at the opposite end of the car park. Go through there and turn
right along the track and follow the signs for Houns Tout. After about 1/3 mile you
will go over a stile and into a field which will lead you to Houns Tout.
On the right will be the ‘Encombe Bowl’, in which is Encombe House and lake.
Beyond the bowl you will see Swyre Head, the highest point on the Isle of Purbeck.

At Houns Tout, you will have great views to both sides with Chapman’s Pool to your
left. At this point you can return to Kingston on the same path, or you can descend the
steep steps into Chapman’s Pool, turn left and follow the tarmac road back to
Kingston if you wish.
